This one was a toughie. I had gotten home late from a party on Thursday and didn't get too much sleep. I went to work and tried to convince myself to do pure cardio when I got home. I decided to take a nap instead. When I woke up, I was contemplating on skipping because I was going to go white water rafting the next day. I think I finally got around to doing the routine at around 8 or 9. Rough as usual.
I noticed that the football sprints are easier in this routine because they actually get to it earlier. I hate the football sprints in plyo cardio circuit because by then, my calves are on fire.
I decided last week that I wasn't going to do Cardio Abs anymore. I figured I'd rather be a master of ab ripper X before I'd be a master of cardio abs.
It was actually a decent workout session and I was pretty glad I got to it. I have recently bought an ab wheel but I have no idea how to use it yet. I might start thinking about a routine with this thing because cardio abs and ab ripper x seem to make my lower back more sore than I'd prefer. I'll look into this more in the future.
